ICF Structures

Our designs incorporate the most current construction practices. Since 2003, we have been designing structures using insulating concrete form (ICF) walls. Our projects vary in size from residential additions to commercial multi-story buildings. In many cases, the ICF walls are coupled with composite lightgage steel “speedfloor” joists to create extraordinarily economical structures. Our designs have been constructed throughout much of the eastern United States and in Europe.

The Comfort Inn & Suites project in Tifton, Georgia was awarded Second Runner Up in the “Heavy Commercial” project segment at the the 2007 ICF Builder Awards.
